Most homebuilders do not accept remodeling projects and most remodeler’s are not home builders. However, at Wayne Dodge Construction, remodeling is as much a part of our business plan as new home construction and we aggressively seek these business opportunities. Remodeling a home or creating an addition is always a special challenge. Each project is unique and requires careful design and analysis of existing structures and mechanical systems to create the outcome that will meet the customers objectives and comply with changing building codes.

Whether adding an addition, a second floor or bringing an older home up to modern standards, we can assist in exploring ideas, introduction to a plan designer and providing a firm estimate of costs. Estimates and consultations are free of charge. We discourage cost plus agreements preferring instead to quote our customers a guaranteed price for the work they want done.
